This is great news! people are becoming more aware during refurbishment and diy work and are making the correct choice in getting any suspect materials sampled before work starts or continues… please everyone with a home built prior to 2000 consider this – walls, ceilings, lagging, roof felt, floor tiles and many more products can contain asbestos.

Even after 2000 some houses still had the occasional material used containing asbestos as some builders chose to use up existing materials instead of disposing of correctly! give ESP a call for more information from our team of qualified BOHS P402 & P405 asbestos surveyors – a sampling survey may be less expensive than you expect and your future health is priceless!
